The family-owned, Napa Valley based importer has become one of the fastest growing Fine Wine Sales & Marketing Company in the industry

Napa Valley, CA (October 19th, 2021) — Demeine Estates, a Napa Valley-based négociant of fine wines, is proud to celebrate one year since the launch of its curated portfolio. Charged with leading the organization through an incredible growth period is President, Philana Bouvier, along with industry powerhouses SVP Sales, Leila Pearson and SVP Global Brand Strategy & Marketing, Scott Diaz.

The négociant was launched in July 2020 to support a growing collection of wine estates in Napa Valley. The collection includes Heitz Cellar, Burgess Cellars, and Stony Hill Vineyards, all wineries with a deep legacy in Napa Valley, as well as four new brands that are anchored by distinct estate vineyards, including Brendel and Ink Grade Estate. Demeine Estates’ volume growth has exceeded expectations with revenues up over 60%.

“In just one year since our founding, Demeine Estates has become one of the fastest growing fine wine sales and marketing organizations in the industry, rooted in our talented and diverse team. We have a healthy balance between on premise and off premise retail, our depletions are growing at a double-digit rate,” says Leila Pearson, SVP Sales.

“Demeine Estates is quickly becoming a compelling marketing option for luxury wine producers that are getting lost in a consolidated wholesale marketplace. Our company merges historic estates with bespoke marketing strategies that enhance sales distribution and usher a new generation into the world of wine,” says Scott Diaz, SVP Global Brand Strategy & Marketing.

Founded by the Lawrence Family and Managing Partner and Master Sommelier, Carlton McCoy Jr., the team joined forces with President, Philana Bouvier to become the world’s most sought after and globally recognized leader in Fine Wine Sales and Marketing. In June of 2021, Demeine Estates celebrated the addition of its first international wine estate for the portfolio with champagne house, Maison Legras & Haas based in Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs. Additionally, one of the greatest domaines in Burgundy, Domaine de Montille joined the national importer’s portfolio in select markets, along with Racines Wines. Racines is a collaboration between two classic houses from Burgundy and Champagne, led by vignerons Étienne de Montille and Rodolphe Péters, in partnership with Justin Willett, owner and winemaker at Tyler Winery in Santa Barbara, California.

“We are passionate for change in our industry, we are already making a difference. As we continue to develop as a team and expand our specially curated portfolio, we will build upon Carlton McCoy Jr’s incredible vision of bringing together domestic and international wineries that are authentic, historic, and quality-driven,” says Philana Bouvier, President, Demeine Estates.

In 2022, Demeine Estates will be launching its Live It Dream It Campaign, in which the organization will be highlighting businesses and non-profits, with a focus on companies that are committed to supporting and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in their communities. Demeine Estates is proud to support Tish Around Town, Virtual with Us and Lift Collective.  Also, the much-anticipated Somm Boot Camp will be part of the program, details to be announced.
