A Trio of Napa Valley 2018 Single Vineyard Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, Each Bottle Aged in Oak Barrels for Different Periods of Time

June 23rd – Continuing to push new boundaries and stay on the forefront of exciting future trends, The Vice Wine today reveals the V Series Time Capsule, a trio of 2018 Single Vineyard Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, with each bottle aged in oak barrels for different periods of time: V1 for 12 months; V2 for 18 months; and V3 for 24 months. 

The V Series plays with time and nuances of aging by grouping three examples of the 2018 Single Vineyard Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon. Experience the effects of oak aging and judge for yourself with 25% new oak and 75% one-year old, 80% French and 20% American, each barrel housing the same wine for 3 different periods of time to create a “time capsule” of flavor. 

This dynamic blend of separately aged wines give each bottle its own unique flavor, making every sip an experience in itself.
