Movie-Style Trailer Promotes the Relaunch

(SANTA MARGARITA, Calif.) – Total Beverage Solution, the national wine, beer, and spirits importer and supplier, announced today the relaunch of their popular brand The Big Red Monster, now a Cabernet blend sourced from Paso Robles.

“We believe in Paso,” said Matt Brown, Strategic Wine Partnership Manager at Total Beverage Solution. “Intensely hot days, frosty nights, and affordable land prices allow us to deliver big flavor and great value to our customers. Along with that commitment to deliver exceptional value, we’ve also gone non-vintage so we can artfully choose the very best lots from each year.” The first bottling of Big Red Monster, “Lot #1”, is primarily 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, with a good amount of 2017 Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, and 2019 Cabernet to add backbone.

Total Beverage Solution tapped WarRoom Ventures to produce The Big Red Monster. WarRoom recently acquired the Bonny Doon brand and produces Lapis Luna Wines as well as the much-anticipated Bubble Butt Rosé Wine Seltzer.

“We wanted to make The Big Red Monster exciting to a younger generation,” continued Brown, “so the new package is detailed, classic, yet totally fresh. The new slogan currently has a strong social media presence.”

The Big Red label is an eye-catching reproduction of Antonio Tempesa’s 1565 depiction of Saint George slaying the dragon. The new slogan, prominently emblazoned on the back label, is the whimsical and epic invitation to “Slay It”.

Josh McFadden, design partner at WarRoom Ventures explained that ‘Slay all day’ and ‘Yas Queen Slay’ are common memes used on social media today. The phrases indicated one’s total commitment to overcome and achieve victory over any obstacle.

The Big Red Monster Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is available nationwide for suggested retail $18.99.
