(January 16, 2020; Oakville, Calif.)— Tom Gamble, owner of Gamble Family Vineyards in Oakville, is pleased to announce a new distribution partnership with Premium Brands in Oklahoma, representing a brand new market for the winery. Additionally, the winery will be revitalizing its presence in Illinois through a new partnership with Romano Beverage.
Premium Brands is Oklahoma’s largest independent wine and spirits distributor. Owned by Rick Naifeh, the company represents over 250 vendors in more than 30 countries, most of which are family-owned and operated. Illinois-based Romano Beverage is built on more than a century of the Romano family’s success in distributing high-quality branded and private label lines. With more than 100 years of family experience, current owners Tricia Romano-Barry and her brother Danny Romano apply their unique knowledge of wine and spirits and the Chicagoland marketplace to the operation of Romano Beverage today.

“As a family-owned and operated business, it is important to us to have strong relationships with distributors that share our values,” says Gamble. “Both the Premium Brands and Romano Beverage are strong partners who we are excited to have by our side as we grow in these markets.”

Gamble Family Vineyards’ Rosé ($25), Gamble Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc ($28), Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ($60) and Paramount Proprietary Red Blend ($90) are available in national distribution.

About Gamble Family Vineyards

Founded by third-generation farmer Tom Gamble in 2005, Gamble Family Vineyards owns approximately 175 acres of prime estate vineyards from many of Napa’s most respected AVAs—Oakville, Mt. Veeder, Rutherford and Yountville. Its winery and by invitation-only tasting room have a quiet presence, sitting modestly in an isolated nook off Highway 29 in the heart of Napa Valley’s Oakville AVA. Set back from the main road, Gamble’s mission here is to carry on the heritage of farming that his ancestors sowed when they came to Napa as cattle ranchers in 1916. With a primary focus on Bordeaux varietals, including Sauvignon Blanc, all of Gamble Family Vineyards’ wines are produced in small quantities, with careful attention to farming. Winemaker Jim Close has been with Gamble Family Vineyards since its inception.
