Our Wine-COR microfiltration systems are designed with flexibility and scalability in mind and are available for small, medium, and large winery operations as either portable or permanently mounted units. Our membranes provide gentle filtration that maintains color, taste, aroma, and alcohol content. With high yields of over 95%, the Wine-COR system reduces labor requirements, disposal costs, and maximizes product quality and output.
Additionally, we offer the Lees-COR system to filter post-fermentation lees and recover your valuable wine that is otherwise wasted. With the ability to treat a wide range of production rates, the Lees-COR system concentrates lees up to 85% solids without fear of plugging or catastrophic failure from over-concentration. Our tubular membranes are durable and long-lasting, even in high-temperature conditions that would cause traditional ceramic membranes to break.
Our ultrafiltration membrane systems can be used for color concentration to intensify red wines without the need for additives.
