The 2022 VinCO Conference and Trade Show will include horticulture, enology, viticulture and business/marketing sessions. Speakers from Colorado State University, the University of Minnesota, Michigan State University, and a number of winemakers, grape growers, and wine industry representatives will discuss a broad list of topics ranging from dealing with topics such as smoke exposure, new wine grapes in the era of climate change, and winery sanitation. Several sessions will feature wine tastings.
A virtual VinCO conference will take place on February 2 that will offer an enology session on wine stability: microbial, protein color and tartrates; a viticulture session on managing powdery mildew; three business sessions, one on business valuation, succession, and estate planning; and two by speakers from the TTB on taxes and operational reports and one on labeling; and a session. A final session will discuss a partnership between L’Ecole Winery and SeVein Vineyards in Walla Walla, Washington.
