The Breadth of Bubbly: a deep dive into sparkling winemaking

This event will feature a roster of well-regarded winemakers, sparkling wine experts and leading packaging consultants who will help us break down sparkling winemaking and packaging. We will focus on winemaking across all sparkling styles: traditional method, charmat, method ancestral (pétillant-naturel) and force carbonation.

Set to take place over 2 days on the historic, leafy campus of Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center just outside Princeton, NJ; the agenda will include sparkling wine tastings along with focused presentations on aspects of sparkling wine production across a full range of styles. Each day will include a continental breakfast and a seated hot lunch, along with coffee breaks and lots of opportunities for networking with attendees and speakers.

Attendees can choose to participate in the full 2-day event; or either single day.
