CULTIVAR

CULTIVAR is an annual, 3-day, conference complimentary to Napa Valley farmworkers to increase knowledge and skill sets. Attendees will build leadership skills while learning the “why” behind a variety of vineyard practices.
Dates: November 13-15
Location: Yountville Community Center
Schedule: 7:30am-3:00pm daily
Breakfast & Registration: 7:30am-8:00am
Sessions/Tracks: Fieldworkers and supervisors will each have their own track for leadership topics. No specific track will be designated for the vineyard topics. All participants may choose to attend the vineyard topic of their choice.
