January 21, 2025 — Metis is proud to announce the sale of Marsh Family Estate, a distinguished vineyard property in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA of Oregon, to ROCO winery, a wholly owned subsidiary of Santa Margherita USA, part of Italy’s Santa Margherita Gruppo Vincolo.
Founded by Doug and Pat Marsh in 2007, Marsh Family Estate offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the Dundee Hills and Savannah Ridge, surrounded by acclaimed neighbors such as Lemelson Vineyards and Soter. Its exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyard has consistently produced award-winning wines for clients like ROCO, Bergstrom, Soter, and Archery Summit. The property also features a European-style estate home, built in 2007, requiring minimal updates to serve as a premier hospitality venue.

Renovations at Marsh Family Estate are scheduled to begin in the coming months, with an anticipated completion date by the end of 2025 to begin hosting visitors. Metis LLC served as the exclusive transaction advisor. The transaction closed on December 30, 2024.
