LOS ANGELES, CA. July 9, 2024 – Christie’s Wine Department in America is thrilled to announce the Fine and Rare Wines Online: LA Edition auction. Bidding is now open and will conclude on July 23, 2024.
This auction showcases an impressive array of wines from both the New and Old Worlds, featuring iconic and classic selections. Highlights include over 100 lots of wines from Sine Qua Non, one of California’s most esteemed winemakers. This collection features various vintages of Disenta I and II, as well as rare collector cases of The Eleven Confessions and Next of Kyn. Additionally, there is an extensive collection of Schrader assortment cases in their original wooden boxes and multiple vintages of Old Sparky. Collectors of mature Californian wines will find treasures such as bottles of Heitz Martha’s Vineyard 1974 and rare magnums from Diamond Creek.
The auction also offers a selection of France’s finest wines, including a case of the highly rare La Tâche 1990 in two original six-bottle wooden cases, several first growth Bordeaux from the 1959 vintage, and rare wines from Rousseau and Dujac.
