June 4th – Castle Rock Winery is proud to announce that they have won a Double Gold, 96-point score for their 2022 Reserve Russian River Pinot Noir and a Gold, 91-point score for their 2023 Monterey Rosé of Pinot Noir. These awards were received from the prestigious 2024 Sunset International Wine Competition. Castle Rock Winery owner Greg Popovich stated, “We are on a fantastic winning streak, and these awards make us even more excited for the future of the Castle Rock Winery brand. We also just received four 91-point scores and six 90-point scores from James Suckling. Our Rosé of Pinot Noir just received a 91-point score and Best Buy from Wine Enthusiast. Additionally, our 2022 California Cuvée Pinot Noir received a 95-point score, and our 2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir received a 96-point score, both earning Gold Medals at the 2024 California State Fair Wine Competition. I don’t think any other brands, especially at our price points, can boast of these same achievements.”
