The inventive new menu goes into effect this Friday.
Stonewall, Texas – January 9, 2024 – Kuhlman Cellars today announces the Winter 2024 Wine & Food Experience tasting menu. Served in the Barrel Room featuring five Kuhlman Cellars wines carefully paired with seasonal, chef-prepared bites, this 45-minute seated tasting experience is one of the premiere wine and food tastings on the famed Texas Wine Trail. The new winter menu goes into effect on Friday, January 12th.
The new Winter 2024 Wine and Food Experience menu includes:
- Fennel marmalade, manchego & fennel salsa with microgreens served on homemade bread paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2021 Estate White
- Cauliflower custard, bitter orange coulis & crispy celery root paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2022 Viognier
- Kuhlman’s signature Herbed Almonds paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2020 Alluvé
- Rosemary ground beef & mashed potato cottage pie pastry topped with black currant sauce paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2019 Barranca
- Blueberry cheesecake mousse topped with Biscoff crumble paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2019 KanKar
