Brad Pitt’s Champagne “Petite Fleur” in the Wine Spectator’s Top 100

November 14th – ‘PETITE FLEUR’ – the new Champagne cuvée launched this year by Pitt, Perrin and Péters families – reached the TOP 100 of 2023 published this week by the US Magazine Wine Spectator.

Sole Champagne house to be listed in this palmares of “the most exciting wines in the world for 2023”, Fleur de Miraval – the only Champagne house exclusively devoted to Rosé Champagne – follows on from the success of its ‘Exclusively Rosé’ limited editions.

Benefitting from the same skills and demanding standards as ‘Exclusively Rosé’, ‘PETITE FLEUR’ is a more classic and accessible version of rosé champagne. With its origin in the superb crus of the chalk terroir of the Côte des Blancs, ‘PETITE FLEUR’ reveals the chalky texture and salinity that are the style markers of Fleur de Miraval champagnes.

Alison Napjus (Wine Spectator) commented on ‘PETITE FLEUR’: “An elegant Champagne, offering a fine, lacy mousse and lively but still delicate frame of acidity for notes of apricot and wild cherry fruit, grated ginger and pink grapefruit zest. Simultaneously, this has an underpinning of toasted nuts, smoke and chalk adding richness and depth. Chardonnay and Pinot noir.”

A new star is born in the world of Champagne with ‘PETITE FLEUR’. Only Champagne that will be poured at the 96th Oscars®, Fleur de Miraval is also the Champagne of the greatest stars of cinema and of all those who contribute to the beauty and success of cinema around the world.

ABOUT CHAMPAGNE FLEUR DE MIRAVAL, THE ONLY CHAMPAGNE HOUSE EXCLUSIVELY DEVOTED TO ROSÉ CHAMPAGNE

The idea of CHAMPAGNE FLEUR DE MIRAVAL sprang from the association of the Pitt and Perrin families, who had already united the wine world with that of the arts through the introduction of Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé in 2012, and a third family with roots in Champagne for six generations: the Péters family. Together, they chose to give free rein to their creativity, with no holds barred, no limits, entertaining instead all possibilities, to make a stunning rosé the likes of which no-one had ever seen before.
