Stonewall, Texas – October 4, 2023 – Kuhlman Cellars will host a Vina Vita University Charcuterie Board class in the Barrel Room on Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 11 am – 1:00 pm. The Fredericksburg-area vineyard invites wine and cheese enthusiasts to learn the art of building the perfect charcuterie board in preparation for holiday entertaining. This interactive two-hour class includes a 3-wine flight tasting, delicious charcuterie board ingredients, and an engraved Kuhlman Cellars bamboo cutting board for each guest to take home.
During this class, students will:
- Learn what makes a great charcuterie board and how to style and serve them at home
- Learn how to pair wine with a variety of meats and cheeses
- Enjoy a three-wine tasting flight
- Watch a demonstration on how to build the perfect charcuterie board
- Make their own charcuterie boards using a selection of delicious ingredients
- Vote on the best plate
- Enjoy their charcuterie board with a glass of wine ($30 value)
- Take home a beautiful engraved Kuhlman Cellars charcuterie board ($20 value)
