Raventós Codorníu Announces New National Strategic Alignment with Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC)

The collaborative agreement will increase market share by 18 states and establish a mutually beneficial decade ahead.

Napa, CA, April 5, 2023 – Raventós Codorníu, the oldest winegrowing business in Spain and discoverer of the quality sparkling wine known today as Cava, is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), one of the nation’s leading wholesale beverage alcohol distributors in the United States. RNDC will be the exclusive U.S. distributor for the fifteen wineries that form the wine group.

This national alliance has been signed into effect on April 1, 2023, marking the beginning of the portfolio transition from the current market share of nine states to twenty-seven states plus Washington D.C., an extensive list that will include Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Michigan, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Beginning May 1, 2023, the exclusive contract with RNDC further solidifies Raventós Codorníu’s commitment to reaching more conscientious wine consumers in the United States.
