Le Bristol Paris Promotes Baptiste Gillet-Delrieu to Wine Director

 
FEBRUARY 27th 2023: Le Bristol Paris’ team is pleased to announce the appointment of Baptiste Gillet-Delrieu to the role of Wine Director for the hotel.
 
Gillet-Delrieu began his career as Commis Sommelier at Epicure in 2012 after earning the ‘Chapoutier’ title for Best Sommelier Student in France.
 
In 2019, he took on the role of Assistant Chef Sommelier at 114 Faubourg and was promoted to lead the restaurant’s sommelier team in 2021.
 
From 2023, Gillet-Delrieu will manage the hotel’s prestigious cellar of 100,000 bottles alongside with his team.
 
Frederic Kaiser, Le Bristol Paris’ Food & Beverage Director, comments, “Baptiste’s excellent interpersonal skills have enabled him to rise through the ranks over the years, always with the goal of providing personalized service to our customers. His expert knowledge of the hotel’s wine cellar will make him a priceless resource as Le Bristol’s new Wine Director.”
