Carnaval, a joyous and energetic occasion throughout Latin America, toasts the arrival of spring between February and March. Carnaval festivities celebrate life and culture with parades and street parties featuring music, dance, food and elaborate costumes and masks.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup KORBEL Sweet Rosé
- 5 strawberries
- 3 jalapeño slices
- 1 1/2 oz strawberry puree
- 1 oz simple syrup
Instructions:
- Muddle 3 jalapeño slices with 2 cut strawberries.
- Add champagne and stir.
- Strain the liquid, then add simple syrup, strawberry puree and 2-3 additional strawberries.
- Using a blender, combine all ingredients with ice. Serve & enjoy.
