Napa Valley Wineries Help to Pioneer a New Way of Doing Business Through Innovative Trade Fair

1/29/2021 – Saint Helena, CA – Napa Valley continues to innovate, finding new ways to connect with importers and trade around the world. This March 15-19, Napa Valley wineries will take part in a new approach to doing business at the Hopwine international trade fair. Presenting at the virtual fair will be more than 20 leading Napa Valley wine brands who seek to further their international wine distribution.

Napa Valley is the first North American region to take part in a Hopwine virtual trade fair. To date, the company has executed three successful fairs featuring mostly Old World producers and have virtual fairs scheduled monthly through May.

“As America’s leading wine region, it’s vital that wines buyers around the globe have access to our wine. During this time when normal business travel has been interrupted, we must explore new ways of doing business. Hopwine provides our wineries that prospect and we’re excited to be part of it,” said Stacey Dolan Capitani, VP of Marketing, Napa Valley Vintners.

Napa Valley wines are currently exported to more than 71 markets around the world and each year more vintners are looking to expand their distribution.

Hopwine takes place virtually bringing the wineries and importers together through digital meetups.  Immediately following the show, Hopwine will ship certified 2 cl samples worldwide to qualified trade who wish to have further business conversations with the wineries.

Available to do business at the show will be: Angwin Estate Vineyards, Barnett Vineyards, BRAND Napa Valley, Chappellet Winery, Darioush Winery, Groth Vineyards & Winery, Jackson Family Wines (Freemark Abbey and La Jota), Marston, Merryvale Vineyards, PEJU, Pine Ridge Vineyards, Raymond Vineyards, Robert Craig Winery, Rombauer Vineyards, S. R. Tonella Cellars, Wines by Ray Signorello, Silenus Winery, Silverado Vineyards, Somnium Wines and Staglin Family Vineyard.

Napa Valley Vintners will offer three educational webinars, appropriate for importers, agents, brokers or anyone who sells Napa Valley wines abroad. All three classes are designed to help wine professionals better communicate about the Napa Valley region, its wineries and its wines.

Importers are invited to visit the Hopwine website to register for a complimentary e-ticket and to sign up for the educational seminars at napavalleysessions.com.
