Bringing on new wood ingredients, perfect for making wine, beer and spirits. By bringing French and American Oak Alternatives to their extensive fermented beverage line. This brings a wide range of oak alternatives to give a greater range of flavor and aroma options to your favorite alcoholic beverage! Each form and toast level of oak produces a unique concentrated flavor that can be selected to be extracted into your desired flavor and aroma profile. Both the American Oak, and the French Oak are available in many different forms and toast levels. Large Chips, Small Chips, and Cubes are some of the forms available.
These oak ingredients will be packaged and shipped in 50lb units consisting of two 25lb infusion bags in order to simplify the process of hanging the bags inside a fermentation or aging tank. These innovative bags allow their users to obtain their desired results without having to empty the tank and shovel out the loose oak afterward.
