Quintessa Debuts New Bespoke, Interactive Virtual Experiences

NAPA, Calif. (May 19, 2020) – Quintessa, the 280-acre organic and biodynamic-farmed estate and winery located in Napa Valley’s acclaimed Rutherford Appellation, has debuted bespoke, interactive and educational online Estate experience.  The perfect experiential gift for wine lovers and collectors when in-person visits are not a near-term option, Quintessa aims to go beyond the virtual tasting and connect more personally with those looking for a memorable, hands on wine country experience at home.

“It is our hope that as we connect with guests over a glass of Quintessa in their own home, they are transported back to our Estate in Rutherford that we have the privilege to care for.  This is the essence of fine wine – to translate the beauty of a place and time,” said General Manager Rodrigo Soto.  “We are fortunate in the wine industry that we still have the opportunity to connect and share special moments with those at home.”

Quintessa is pleased to debut a virtual Estate Experience which offers participants an immersive look at the notable Quintessa estate.  This unique experience is privately hosted by an estate manager and takes participants on a scenic journey of the expansive property through a collection of photos and videos.  Participants will learn about the estate’s unique terroir and the meticulous biodynamic farming practices that preserve and enhance the nuances of the land.  The host will then guide participants through an in-depth tasting of three exceptional vintages, 2013, 2016 and the newest release 2017 while sharing more about the winemaking team and philosophy as well as the state-of-the-art winery.

The winery is also offering virtual tasting events with the winery’s General Manager Rodrigo Soto and Winemaker Rebekah Wineburg exclusively for their Vineyard Circle Members. These intimate experiences will include a deep dive into the story of Quintessa and explore elements of their holistic philosophy including biodynamic farming practices and the diversity of soil and microclimates that bring complexity to every bottle.

To coordinate a virtual Estate Experience, interested individuals and parties are required to purchase Quintessa’s half bottle tasting trio of the 2013, 2016 and 2017 vintages priced at $300.  For more information or to become a Vineyard Circle Member, please visit www.quintessa.com or call (707) 967-1601.
