All Profits Benefit COVID 19 Charitable Organizations
Sarah Cabot, winemaker for Battle Creek Cellars, is extremely excited to collaborate with Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and the entire Nocking Point team on the 2018 Quarantine Willamette Valley Oregon Pinot Noir and to contribute to a wonderful and timely cause. In this difficult time, it’s extremely rewarding to be able to bring people a great wine that also does good in their communities. 100% of the profits from Quarantine Pinot Noir will support multiple COVID-19 response efforts through charities who are all doing critical and incredible work during these unprecedented times.
After receiving the call from Andrew Harding of Nocking Point, which have been long time partners, Sarah worked quickly to assemble and present several of her favorite Pinot Noir samples for tasting. The final one chosen is an extraordinary 2018 vintage, which Sarah describes as one the best harvests she has ever had to work with. Quarantine Pinot Noir has 20% new oak, allowing for a bright and expressive wine that is a quintessential representation of Willamette Valley fruit.
The Kutchers designed the front label to be written on by the consumer so that they can crack open a bottle of this wine, enjoy a virtual happy hour with a friend or loved one, and write (or draw!) who they are toasting to from the comfort of their own home. Consumers are also invited to snap a pic and post it using #QUARANTINEWINE, #PPE, and #SOCIALDISTANCING to spread the word about this awesome wine and fundraising cause!
Nocking Point is a Walla Walla based wine company owned by Andrew Harding and Stephen Amell. They have a mission to radically change the perception that premium wine is exclusive, unapproachable and without personality. They deliver an exceptional wine experience to millennials, members of fan culture and wine lovers everywhere with every project that they release
