Dan Ewer HeadshotClarksburg, Calif. – With its second significant hire in the past month, Bogle Vineyards and Winery has announced it has selected Dan Ewer to assume the role of Vice President of Sales.

As the head of sales for Bogle Vineyards, Ewer will lead sales teams responsible for the Bogle, Phantom and Juggernaut brands, while working under the direction of Bogle’s third generation owner-managers, Warren, Ryan and Jody Bogle.

“Dan’s familiarity with Bogle and the success in his roles with one of our most valued distribution partners gives us great confidence that he is the perfect fit to lead our sales team,” said Bogle Vineyards President and Vineyard Director, Warren Bogle. “We are excited to have him join the Bogle Vineyards family and look forward to what Dan can bring to our company.”

“I’d like to thank the Bogle family for trusting me with the brands that I’ve been pleased to represent and to grow over many years,” said Vice President of Sales, Dan Ewer.  “I’m excited to work with the team that’s built this company and am eager to accelerate the growth and to reinforce what Bogle is known for; quality and integrity.”

Ewer’s hire comes a month after Bogle Vineyards brought on Paul Englert as its Vice President of Marketing.

“We believe Dan and Paul’s work will ensure the continued strength and growth of our wine brands, while also assessing trends and untapped opportunities. Our goal remains to provide consumers with high-quality wines that always over-deliver through a variety of price points,” said Vice President of Bogle Vineyards, Ryan Bogle.

Bogle was honored as Wine Enthusiast’s 2019 American Winery of the Year and was presented with the Green Medal Leader Award in 2018 for its sustainability efforts in the winery and vineyards.
