The new name of the company and the terms of the sale have not been disclosed.
The new partners look forward to the opportunity to strengthen the relationships with suppliers, grow the sales team, and increase market presence. They are confident the merge will provide improved service and an even greater selection of world-class wines and spirits.
The current portfolio of both companies will remain largely intact and plans are in place for continued dynamic growth.
