With Expanded Mission and National Reach, AAPI Food & Wine Fest Returns May 17-18, 2025

March 12, 2025 (Dayton, OR) — The highly anticipated AAPI Food & Wine Fest returns on May 17 & 18, 2025, celebrating the rich culinary and viticultural contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. Formerly known as the Oregon AAPI Food & Wine Festival, the non-profit has been renamed to AAPI Food & Wine to broaden its reach and further its long-term mission of fostering diversity in the food and beverage industry nationwide.

The sold out success returns for year three on May 17 and 18 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Stoller Family Estate Experience Center in the heart of Oregon’s esteemed wine country. May is Oregon Wine Month and AAPI Heritage Month, and this Fest is celebrating both in a big way, offering attendees curated bites and flights from AAPI-owned Oregon restaurants and wineries (full lineup listed below).

In addition to its signature tastings and chef-driven experiences, the non-profit plans to introduce wine education opportunities for AAPI restaurateurs, as well as pop-up events to deepen community engagement and highlight AAPI talent beyond the main festival weekend, locally and nationwide.

In its third year, attendees will enjoy an unparalleled lineup of AAPI-led wineries, talented AAPI local chefs, and immersive food and wine experiences, with exclusive access to a VIP Lounge, featuring James Beard nominated chefs Carlo Lamagna (Magna Kusina and Magna Kainan) on Saturday, May 17 and Peter Cho (Hanoak & Jeju) on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
