Scheduled from September 19 to 21

September 12, 2025 (Montefalco – Perugia, Italy) — Three days to discover, taste, and experience Montefalco and its territory through wine, food, art, and music. From September 19 to 21, “Enologica Montefalco – Pairings 2025” returns, the event that celebrates the oenological excellence of the territory and its intertwining with gastronomy and culture, transforming the Umbrian village – one of the most beautiful in Italy – into a widespread stage of unique experiences. Organized by the Consorzio Tutela Vini Montefalco and La Strada del Sagrantino, also with the contribution of the CSR (Complement for Rural Development) and under the patronage of the Umbria Region and the Municipality of Montefalco, the event offers a rich program of tastings, workshops, trekking, shows, and winery initiatives.

Three days of events spread across squares, cloisters, wineries, restaurants, and museums, to discover the wines of Montefalco and Spoleto, thanks to the presence of over 30 wineries from the area, with tastings, workshops, winery experiences, and sunset activities.

The heart of the event will be the Cloister of Sant’Agostino, where on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. visitors will be able to taste the wines of the producers.
