The Half Moon Bay Downtown Association Presents the Fourth Annual Half Moon Bay Wine & Jazz Festival

An Unforgettable Day of California Wines, World-Class Jazz, and Coastal Charm – May 10, 2025

HALF MOON BAY, CA – April 2, 2025 – Wine, jazz, and coastal ambiance come together once again at the Fourth Annual Half Moon Bay Wine & Jazz Festival, returning to historic Main Street on Saturday, May 10, from 12 PM to 5 PM. Presented by the Half Moon Bay Downtown Association, this lively celebration offers tastings from acclaimed California wineries, captivating performances by renowned jazz artists, local cuisine, and an exclusive VIP experience.

Sip Across California: A Curated Wine Tasting Experience

Ticket holders will enjoy unlimited tastings from a curated list of celebrated wineries spanning California’s finest wine regions. Confirmed wineries include:

World-Class Jazz Performances Downtown

Composer, bassist, and Artistic Director for the Healdsburg Jazz Festival and Half Moon Bay & Wine Jazz Festival Marcus Shelby will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the day-long concert festivities on the Main Street Stage, featuring:

  • Tiffany Austin Quintet: The Love Epoch – Celebrates the love and legacy of spiritual jazz pioneers like Pharaoh Sanders, John Coltrane & Sun Ra through classic and original works.
  • Larry Vuckovich Quintet featuring Jamie Davis – Masterful melodies from a giant of jazz piano, paired with the voice of Grammy-winning vocalist Jamie Davis.
  • San Francisco Community Music Center Teen Big Band – This 15 piece group led by composer, bassist, and arranger Marcus Shelby presents a special set in tribute to Duke Ellington.
  • Sundra Manning Organ Quartet featuring Ashling Cole – A performance honoring the “Queen of the Organ,” Shirley Scott, whose music is a soulful blend of bebop, blues, and gospel.

Additional jazz performances by local bands will light up Main Street throughout the day.
