The artisan liqueur made at the Minden Mill distillery combines an estate crafted spirit with a distinctive blend of high-altitude roasted beans from Alpen Sierra in Carson Valley, Nevada. Alpen Sierra’s high-altitude roasting process at over 4,700 feet allows the beans to roast slowly and fully develop sugars, intensifying flavor complexity.
