About Domaine St. Laurent
Domaine St. Laurent represents the work of three generations of the St. Laurent family in a rugged corner of Oregon’s Rogue Valley wine country. With a vision for crafting French-style Pinot Noir with notable complexity and minerality, the St. Laurents planted a vineyard in the rocky, inhospitable soils where the valley rises to the Cascade range at 1,600 feet elevation. Georges St. Laurent acquired the 1,500-acre property in 1985 to raise angus cattle; his son Will joined the business and eventually spearheaded the vineyard planting and creation of Domaine St. Laurent in 2017, following a more than a decade of meticulous planning and research into the site’s climate and soils and its suitability for fine wine grapes.
