As the exclusive U.S. importer, Prestige Beverage Group will oversee all sales and trade marketing efforts for the brand, further cementing its commitment to offering premium wine experiences to consumers nationwide.
Santo Wines, formally known as the Union of Santorini Cooperatives, was established in 1911 as the “Santorini Vine & Wine Protection Fund.” As a global leader in Santorini Assyrtiko, the cooperative represents 1,200 local farmers and is the island’s largest producer, responsible for 30% of its total wine production. The cooperative is deeply committed to preserving traditional cultivation methods, creating exceptional Protected Designation of Origin Santorini wines, and championing sustainability and agricultural innovation.
