TWE Named #1 Healthiest Mid-Sized Employer in Bay Area and a Healthiest 100 Workplace in US for Sixth Consecutive Year

Napa, CA, December 4, 2024 – Treasury Wine Estates (ASX: TWE), one of the world’s leading wine companies, was named the #1 Healthiest Employer in the San Francisco Bay Area for the third consecutive year. TWE was also recognized as #24 on the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in the United States list, up eight places from 2023.

From a robust Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity program that works to maximize inclusion and minimize bias to a comprehensive Benefits and Wellness package, TWE’s executive leadership team and peer champions empower its employees to show up authentically every day.

“We’re excited to see Treasury Wine Estates continually recognized for being one of the healthiest employer in the United States, year over year,” said Elise Spangenberg, Senior Vice President of People & Culture. “It’s truly a testament to how much the company values its employees and supports those values with actions and benefits. We know that our people are our difference, and every single one of our team members contributes to the world-class company that Treasury Wine Estates is today.”

Of note, employees ranked the company’s well-being program in the top two reasons why they are happy at TWE in its 2024 annual engagement survey. Overall, 83% of employees indicated that the benefits and well-being program introduced in response to the pandemic and mental health crisis contributes to their overall workplace satisfaction—a 4% increase from 2023.

“I take immense pride in our company’s commitment to holistic well-being,” said Ben Dollard, President of the Americas division of Treasury Wine Estates. “Our Wellness365 program isn’t just about numbers or statistics; it’s about fostering a culture where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Because when our people are at their best, our company is unstoppable.”

In 2024, a new Healthiest Employers of Northern California category was introduced, which spans all of the Northern half of the state, now including the Bay Area. Treasury Wine Estates was awarded second place in this broader category.
