Closing on iDealwine.com, all proceeds to French association Vendanges Solidaires
Paris, 4 December 2024 – Leading wine auctioneer in France and global leader in online wine auctions, iDealwine has teamed up with the wine not-for-profit Vendanges Solidaires for the fourth consecutive year for this worthy cause. With bidding set to close on Thursday 12th December, all proceeds from this charity auction will go to the French association which helps winemakers suffering harvest loss linked to the effects of climate change.
140 bottles in a range of sizes going up to double-magnum group into 79 lots will go under the hammer in this charity auction. Donated by winemakers all over France, all bottles have come directly from their cellars.

The charity Vendanges Solidaires was founded in 2016 by Romuald Cardon and Julien Fouin. Since then, financial aid has been awarded to over 70 winemakers, who have been running their business for less than 10 years and have lost more than half their harvests due to conditions associated with climate change.
