Trade Registration Now Open for the Sonoma County Barrel Auction May 1-2, 2025

Exclusive Event for Wine Trade to Bid on Never Before, Never Again Wines

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (December 3, 2024) – Registration is now open for the 2025 Sonoma County Barrel Auction (SoCoBA), produced by Sonoma County Vintners (SCV) and presented by American AgCredit. The preview event will be held at the beautiful Bacchus Landing on May 1 and the live auction will take place on May 2 at the extraordinary Landmark Vineyards Hop Kiln Estate in Healdsburg, California.

Invited members of the wine trade will bid on one-of-a-kind five, ten and twenty case lots showcasing extraordinary wines from a wide range of Sonoma County winemakers during the 11th annual live auction event. These truly original wines are coveted for resale to the bidders’ ultra-premium wine collectors and customers. National bidders will travel to Sonoma County from across the United States for this premium event, along with international trade from across the globe. Auction day will feature a welcome reception, followed by a wine country lunch and Sonoma County Icons, Innovators and Lifetime Achievement honoree presentations.

Bacchus Landing will host the SoCoBA Lot Tasting Preview Event on May 1, where trade and their guests as well as media attendees will sample the 2025 barrel auction lots, learn more about the participating vintners and explore their current release wine portfolios. Trade are also invited to attend intimate SoCoBA Vintner Dinners held throughout Sonoma County the same evening.

Trade registration for the 2025 Sonoma County Barrel Auction is by invitation. Only licensed wholesalers, retailers and restaurateurs will receive a paddle to bid.
