Sacramento, CA (December 3, 2024) — The California Grape Rootstock Improvement Commission (Commission) published a notice on September 26, 2024, pertaining to a judgment that the Commission obtained against Herrick Grapevine, LLC, a grape rootstock nursery located in Red Bluff, California.
As of November 15, 2024, the case has been resolved and an Acknowledgement of Full Satisfaction of Judgment has been submitted to the Tehama County Superior Court. This acknowledgement is a public document, and a copy may be obtained from the Court. Accordingly, Herrick Grapevine, LLC, and owner Diego Barison have satisfied all obligations under the judgment, and the injunction described in the September 26 notice has been released.
