Boasting an extensive collection with close to 1,000 references, their selections are veering towards High Environmental Values by giving priority to organic production, biodynamics, natural wines. The property’s expert sommeliers can offer a champagne sampling from their selection of both small producers and top-notch labels, including a range of Krug, known for being sourced from 100% certified organic vineyards.

Pricing starts from €175 (approx. $184) per person for a Wine Beginner tasting of 3 cuvées alongside a cheese and delicatessen plate.
