Family-Owned Luxury Winery brings Premium Wine Tasting Room to the Desert

(ST. HELENA, CALIFORNIA – NOVEMBER 26, 2024) – A taste of wine country has arrived in the  heart of Palm Springs with the opening of the HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room and Wine Lounge.  Owned by Vintners Craig and Kathryn Hall, the new location will feature wine offerings from its  three family-owned, luxury wine brands: HALL, WALT, and BACA Wines. This highly anticipated luxury Tasting Room & Wine Lounge aims to elevate the local wine scene, to help educate guests  about its world-class wines and share what makes the Napa Valley wine region exceptional.

HALL Tasting Room Manager Chris Drumm, HALL President Mike Reynolds and Vintner Kathryn Hall all welcomed local dignitaries on Monday, November 25 to celebrate the opening of the much-anticipated HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room & Wine Lounge. The new tasting room is located in the Thompson Palm Springs Hotel in downtown Palm Springs.

“Our new Tasting Room & Wine Lounge is a celebration of the craftsmanship and passion that go  into every bottle we make,” says Vintner and owner of HALL Family Wines, Kathryn Hall. “We have curated an exceptional selection of wines that displays the diversity and unique quality of our vineyards. We cannot wait to share our wines and experiences with both Palm Spring’s locals and  visitors alike. With its dynamic atmosphere and appreciation of luxury, Palm Springs is the perfect  home for our newest location – I have enjoyed visiting Palm Springs for most of my life and I look  forward to being a part of the community.”

Situated on the renowned Palm Canyon Drive and at the lobby level of the Thompson Palm Springs Hotel, HALL Napa Valley’s Tasting Room & Wine Lounge features a sleek, 1,278-square foot space that combines luxury with a relaxed desert vibe. The venue is designed to embody  wine country hospitality, offering guests an immersive, educational experience. Visitors can  explore the unique flavors and nuances of California’s most notable wine regions, while also  gaining insights into each wine reflecting its location, climate, terroir, and HALL’s distinctive  winemaking process.

The space embodies the essence of mid-century modern style, with an open layout that  seamlessly integrates elements of the surrounding desert landscape and views of the San Jacinto  Mountains. Additionally, the Tasting Room location builds on exciting developments burgeoning  along Palm Canyon Drive. With the opening of Thompson Palm Springs and Lola Rose Grand  Mezze in October, the Tasting Room further draws in epicureans and oenophiles for an  innovative, and new experience in Palm Springs. Further plans for the corner of Palm Canyon  Drive and Alejo Rd. include a new restaurant, Bar Issi, from Los Angeles-based Boujis Group  opening in 2025.

“We are thrilled to announce our expansion into Palm Springs,” said Mike Reynolds, President of  HALL Family Wines. “We hope that adding a location in Southern California makes it more  convenient for fans of our wines to have a wine country experience which is closer to their home.  Our focus in the tasting room is to share small production wines that are only available directly  from the winery from distinctive vineyards and growing regions.”

At the heart of the new HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room & Wine Lounge is its carefully curated  selection of wine offerings that highlight Napa Valley appellations. Guests are invited to enjoy  curated wine flights and unique tasting experiences, with options to purchase wines by glass or  bottle.
