November 21, 2024 – Star Wine List, the award-winning guide to great wine bars and wine restaurants, has launched the wine lover’s guide to Prague. Star Wine List’s Prague Ambassador, Gabriel Riel-Salvatore, has curated a selection of 15 wine restaurants and wine bars as Red Stars.
“Since the Velvet Revolution of 1989, which restored vineyards to their original owners, Czech wines have gained international acclaim yet remain mostly local treasures due to limited production,” says Gabriel. “With its vibrant restaurant scene, Prague has become a true wine capital, offering an exciting selection of local and international wines that appeal to both casual drinkers and seasoned connoisseurs looking to try ‘new wines’ from the Old World and beyond.”
