November 4, 2024 – Palm Bay International (PBI), a leading wine and spirits supplier owned by the Taub family, is thrilled to announce the addition of industry veteran Mark Federighi as Chief Sales Officer, effective November 1. Federighi’s appointment aligns with Palm Bay’s ongoing transformation strategy as they embark on an aggressive five-year growth plan. This announcement follows PBI’s new strategic partnership with Republic National Distributing Co. (RNDC), aligning the two across 31+ states.
In his role, Federighi will oversee Palm Bay’s newly restructured wholesaler network across North America and manage the internal sales teams. He will also collaborate closely with the brand excellence, finance, and operations teams to strengthen Palm Bay’s execution capabilities and drive operational efficiency.
Federighi’s career spans more than two decades, marked by a strong record of leadership and innovation in the wine and spirits industry. Before joining Palm Bay, he served as President of Stoli Group, where he successfully transformed the sales organization, led critical marketing and finance initiatives, and strengthened relationships with key wholesalers and partners. In his previous role as Chief Sales Officer at O’Neill Vintners and Distillers, Federighi was instrumental in expanding the company’s commercial operations, achieving a tenfold increase in topline revenue over seven years. His leadership was crucial in building a robust national wholesaler network and establishing strategic partnerships with leading wholesalers across the U.S. Federighi has also held significant positions at Young’s Market Company, PepsiCo, Campari America, and Diageo, beginning his career at E&J Gallo Winery.
