September 24, 2024 – As an imperative to remain competitive the California Wine Industry is accelerating the adoption of more sophisticated people management and HR approaches. A new consultancy has been launched in Napa by Wine Industry HR expert Brendon Keane to help Leaders and Wine Businesses tackle people management challenges and improve their Human Resource practices.
After an early HR career in legal practice, investment banking and sports psychology Brendon Keane found himself as the first HRD for Moet Hennessy Wineries in Australia and New Zealand in the late 1990’s, he has never been far from the global Wine Industry ever since. For the last few years Brendon was based in Napa where he led and transformed HR for Moet Hennessy brands Chandon and Newton.
Brendon is known for his human approach, his extensive HR knowledge of winery operations and his business and consumer mind. Passionate about coaching, modern HR practices and solving complex HR problems he built a solid reputation as a strategic HR influencer and tactician. His experience as an executive coach, his development of a very successful luxury wine sales capability program which he rolled out across the US and globally and his employee relations and HR expertise provides a unique set of skills very relevant for Wine Businesses today.
