Texas Wine Growers Celebrates Texas Wine Month with Intimate October Tasting

FREDERICKSBURG, TX, Sept. 19, 2024 – The Texas Wine Growers have announced ticket sales for its debut one-of-a-kind tasting celebrating the coming launch of a brand new AVA, The Llano Uplift, and Texas Wine Month on Sunday, October 6th. Overlooking the expansive views along Lake Marble Falls, the event will highlight twelve member vintners and include charcuterie and curated bites to complement signature Texas varieties.

During the nationwide Come Over October campaign to promote wine’s cultural heritage as more than just an alcoholic beverage, October is also Texas Wine Month and was selected as the ideal time to honor Texas Wine Growers’ mission to educate the public about the rich, centuries-old history of wine production in Texas. Pours of sneak-peak wines from the geologically ancient and soon-to-be-launched Llano Uplift AVA will offer guests a premier look into the future of Texas wine.
