Working with Taylor Lombardo Architects, the new Signorello estate caves and winery feature an 8,304-square-foot state-of-the-art, fire-proof, and fire-protected winery and 11,431-square-feet of fully refrigerated, insulated, and waterproof underground caves.
Signorello’s new winery offers the following custom crush services and assets:
- Superior cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Both stainless steel and concrete fermentation vessels, with full refrigeration control, insulation, and automatic pump-overs
- Superior sorting line with optical sorting included in the all-inclusive cost, whole berry or crushing options available
- Storing and ageing of barrels using high-end Oxoline racking for individual barrel control and tracking
- Bottling services
- Long-term and short-term options for barrel storage and ageing.
- On-site generator to ensure quality when power outages occur
