On Wednesday, September 25 at 7 p.m., The Blue Room at Emilia’s will host an exclusive Hundred Acre Wine Dinner, showcasing a rare and meticulously curated selection of wines from the esteemed Hundred Acre Winery in Napa Valley.

This unique four-course dinner, carefully crafted by Executive Chef Preston Paine, promises to be an evening of refined indulgence. Guests will be treated to a menu that not only complements but elevates the intricate flavors of Hundred Acre’s limited and exclusive wines, providing a rare opportunity to experience the intersection of fine dining and world-class wine in an atmosphere of unmatched elegance in one of the world’s most opulent fine dining rooms – The Blue Room. Hundred Acre Sommelier Andrew Dunsky will guide guests through a tasting journey featuring some of the world’s most coveted wines, including the first-ever single vineyard fortified wine from the acclaimed Hundred Acre Kayli Morgan Vineyard. This exceptional port, produced in 2008, is a rare treasure in the world of winemaking and embodies the pinnacle of viticultural artistry.
