(August 20, 2023; Rutherford, Calif.)—PA Capital Management, the family company that owns Sullivan Rutherford Estate and Loco Tequila, announced today that they have acquired Poetry Inn Napa Valley from the Lede family, Poetry Inn stands as Napa Valley’s most exclusive, private and intimate luxury hotel, and the acquisition marks the group’s first overnight accommodations in the United States with an ethos of tradition, legacy, craftsmanship and refinement.
The sophisticated and secluded Poetry Inn is an oasis of wine country luxury and serenity. Perched high above the town of Yountville and the palisades of the Stags Leap District wine growing region, it is accessible only to registered guests by way of a gated drive and is the ultimate wine country sanctuary for those seeking privacy with the tailored service of a personal concierge. The Howard Backen-designed property is revered for its spacious suites, each with fireplaces, ample bathrooms, deep soaking tubs, indoor and outdoor showers, double vanities, and west-facing private terraces that offer breathtaking views of the Napa Valley below.
The family-to-family transition will allow uninterrupted guest-centered hospitality and the continuity of current reservations, staff and experiences. Future plans include a new name, brand identity, and personalized high-touch programs that will nurture deep relationships with guests.
