DeLille Cellars Announces Future Location at Seattle’s University Village

Woodinville, Wash.July 24, 2024 – DeLille Cellars, a pioneer in Washington State’s wine industry, is excited to announce its newest venture, a Bordeaux-inspired restaurant and tasting room concept at Seattle’s University Village. This new location marks DeLille’s first expansion into Seattle after over 30 years of success crafting acclaimed wines and hospitality experiences in Woodinville.

The 6,700-square-foot space will be situated in the prominent Southwest corner of the complex. DeLille aims to redefine the culinary and wine tasting experience of Seattle’s premier shopping destination. DeLille’s new location will offer a unique concept that integrates fine dining, wine tasting, crafted beverages, retail, culinary experiences, private dining options, and event space, catering to both casual visitors and wine aficionados alike.

DeLille Cellars has garnered national recognition for its wines, which are now available across the US and select international markets. DeLille’s University Village location will build upon its success at its Woodinville headquarters, where a 9,000-square-foot tasting room and a 6,000-square-foot restaurant have set benchmarks for winery hospitality. The Woodinville site, formerly the Redhook Brewery redesigned in 2019, continues to be a destination for wine enthusiasts seeking unparalleled tasting experiences.

The opening of DeLille’s University Village location is scheduled for Summer 2025, promising a new era of wine and dining excellence in Seattle. DeLille selected award-winning interior design and consultancy firm Design Well Spent, to develop a thoughtful, beautiful, and functional space to create memorable experiences for guests and members.
