14th Annual Kiwanis & Mayors’ Winemaker Dinner: A Record-Breaking Success

Atascadero, CA – June 21, 2024 – The 14th Annual Kiwanis & Mayors’ Winemaker Dinner, held at the scenic Atascadero Pavilion on the Lake, achieved unprecedented success this year, raising an astounding $150,000, the most in the events history. The proceeds will benefit the El Camino Homeless Organization (ECHO) and support the improvement of the Community Shower Program at the Atascadero Campus, along with additional Kiwanis projects.

The event, which took place on Friday, June 21, 2024, saw an enthusiastic gathering of community members, local leaders, and wine aficionados who enjoyed an evening of exquisite wines, gourmet dining, and lively camaraderie. The atmosphere was electric, reflecting the dedication and hard work of the Kiwanis organization and its members, who ensured an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

Cyndi Workman, the President of the Kiwanis Club of Atascadero, expressed her gratitude: “We are overwhelmed by the generosity and support from our community. ECHO’s mission since 2001 is to empower people in SLO County to make positive change by providing food, shelter, and supportive services.
