Healdsburg, CA – June 17, 2024 – DaVero Farms & Winery, a regenerative biodynamic farm winery, is delighted to announce an exclusive summer art installation and two engaging events.
From July 7 to August 30, 2024, visitors are invited to DaVero’s welcome breezeway to view the art installation “All Flourishing is Mutual,” presented in collaboration with The Farm Studio. Kristina Rose Baker, a California native known for her figurative paintings, will showcase two series: Women Who Farm and Herbal Medicine Mandalas. Her artwork highlights the essential role of women in agriculture and reflects a profound connection to nature.
In conjunction with the art installation, DaVero Farms & Winery and The Farm Studio will host two special events. The first event, “Artist Talk & Wine – ‘All Flourishing is Mutual’,” will take place on Tuesday, July 9, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a curated wine tasting while Kristina Rose Baker discusses her Women Who Farm series, sharing insights on how farms and farmers have influenced her work and her broader artistic vision. Tickets for this event are priced at $55 and include the wine tasting.
The second event, “Herbal Mandala Workshop: Gathering and Painting,” will be held on Wednesday, July 10, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. This interactive workshop invites participants to gather herbs from the garden and create herbal mandalas under Baker’s guidance. Additionally, Michael Presley, DaVero’s Soilkeeper, will provide insights on herbal alchemy. Tickets for the workshop are priced at $75 and include wine tasting and all necessary supplies.
“DaVero Farms & Winery is all about nurturing a harmonious relationship with the land,” said Rea Prince, Director of Operations. “By using biodynamic farming and traditional winemaking methods, we produce Italian varietal wines and olive oil that align with regenerative agriculture principles.
