The French Pavillon the Largest Presence at Vinexpo America for the Third Consecutive Year

The French Pavilion will return to Vinexpo America June 24-25th as the largest Pavilion, with 65 exhibitors from all over France. Under the Taste France brand, the Pavilion will also highlight the exceptional quality of French gastronomy via a renewed partnership with Christy Canterbury, MW, in collaboration with Chef Rougui Dia as part of a global Taste France initiative. The French Pavilion will represent 26% of the show floor. France in Force: Representing 26% of Vinexpo 2024.

New York, June 7th, 2024 –Following a sizeable presence at the 2023 show, the French Pavilion returns to Vinexpo America for its third edition, with 65 exhibitors hailing from all over France.  The Pavilion will include 10 major French wine regions, along with several spirits brands; a varied portfolio for discerning US buyers. Once again, the French Pavilion will be the largest at Vinexpo America 2024 representing over one quarter of the show – a testament to American consumers’ continued appreciation for French quality and savoir-faire.

Taste France: Diverse Terroirs

The 2024 Taste France Pavilion features over 50 appellations from all over France, including overseas territories. In addition to individual vineyards, several collectives and wine merchants will display their products – making the Pavilion a must-attend event for buyers and importers looking for new and exciting French references.

  • Alsace – 1 producer
  • Beaujolais – 1 producer
  • Bordeaux – 10 producers
  • Champagne – 1 producer
  • Corsica – 1 producer
  • Languedoc & Roussillon – 11 producers
  • Loire Valley – 4 producers
  • Rhône Valley– 21 producers
  • Southwest – 2 producers
  • Overseas Regions – 3 producers

The Taste France Selection: A Curated collection by Christy Canterbury, MW & Chef Rougui Dia

For the third consecutive year, Business France is partnering with renowned sommelier and wine expert Christy Canterbury, Master of Wine, to highlight the remarkable range of French wines and spirits exemplified by the Taste France label.Canterbury, MW blind tasted 80+ references to arrive at her final selection of 33 wines and spirits which will be available for an open tasting session during the show. 

Starting Monday June 24th, from 11am through 3pm, visitors can sample Chef Dia’s menu in conversation with Christy’s pairings.

Visitors can taste all 33 selected wines, meet with Christy Canterbury, MW and consult her detailed tasting notes at Booth #217-1 of the Pavilion, alongside the tasting menu of bouchées prepared fresh and served throughout the day at the show.
