WOODINVILLE, WA (May 20, 2024) – Bayernmoor Cellars, an estate winery and vineyard nestled in the sun-dappled hills just east of Stanwood, has received the 2024 Washington Winery of the Year by Great Northwest Wine magazine. Under the leadership of co-owners and winemakers Larry and Kim Harris, Bayernmoor received the most awards during the 24th annual Platinum Awards, bringing home an impressive collection of nine accolades.

Since its first pinot noir vineyard was planted in 2011, Bayernmoor’s distinctive location in the Puget Sound AVA and sustainable winemaking practices allow the winery to continuously produce innovative wines for the global stage. Bayernmoor opened a modern and inviting tasting room in 2021 that is only 45 minutes away from its estate vineyard, providing a full-circle experience for the wine enthusiast. Located in the Woodin Creek neighborhood of Woodinville, perfectly situated near other acclaimed wineries, restaurants and shopping. From seasonal events to expertly curated wine and food pairings created by Estate Chef Tori Barr, every visit promises something new and delightful. The tasting room is open Wednesday–Friday, 1:00–7:00 p.m., Saturday 12:00–7:00 p.m. and Sundays 12:00–6:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
