Guerneville, CA, April 8, 2024 – Korbel California Champagne is raising the spring forecast with the release of its new, limited-edition bottle wrap inspired by the season.  Featuring a vibrant, beautiful orange petal design and its popular California Extra Dry champagne, the “Poppy” bottle welcomes warm weather in style with a nod to California’s state flower. 

Along with an eye-catching look, Korbel’s “Poppy” packaging reflects the premium essence of the award-winning California champagne inside the bottle. Korbel Extra Dry is light and luscious with delightful flavors of bright citrus and vanilla. The balanced and fruit-forward style of Extra Dry makes it the perfect springtime cocktail companion. As with all Korbel’s expressions, it’s made using the time-honored méthode champenoise.

Whether it’s a weekend brunch celebrating with family and friends, a picnic on the beach or a glass of bubbly on the porch, the “Poppy” bottle is the perfect pairing to brighten the occasion.  

Limited cases (just over 5,000 9L cases) were produced of the special “Poppy” bottle of Korbel California Extra Dry. This special package is hitting shelves in select retail locations now, with a suggested retail price of $13.99.
