Star Wine List Celebrated the Top Wine Lists in New York

March 26th – On March 25, Star Wine List of the Year celebrated the great wine lists in New York. Eleven Madison Park brought home three awards in the competition that is judged by top sommeliers and wine experts.
“It is always exciting to judge the New York wine lists, the dream city for the sommeliers. The standards are so high and the creativity is so in the air that we can feel the vibration of the city by the great, fun, serious, diverse wine lists,” said Jury member Paz Levinson, winner of Best Sommelier of the Americas and wine director at the Pic group of restaurants in Europe and Asia.

The event was held at Jupiter restaurant at Rockefeller Center on Monday with sommeliers from all the finalists in attendance. Besides Eleven Madison Park, the winners were spread across the state and with different styles. Blue Hill at Stone Barns won the Best Sparkling List award for the second time.
