Island Grove Wine Company Expands Product Line, Launching Wine in Kegs and Cans Across the Southeastern United States

FLORIDA, March 18, 2024 Island Grove Wine Company, a recognized name in the blueberry agriculture and wine industry, announced today the launch of its highly anticipated product expansion into the Southeastern United States market. In conjunction with market expansion, Island Grove Wine Company is introducing its signature wines in convenient and eco-friendly kegs and cans. This strategic move aligns with the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, offering customers an environmentally friendly and practical alternative for enjoying their favorite wines.

“We are excited to announce our expansion across the Southeast,” said John Dorminey, National On-Premise Sales Manager for Island Grove Wine Company. “By launching kegs and cans, restaurants can pour Island Grove’s high-quality fruit wines with zero waste.  We hope to become the default “sweet BTG” offering which will expose our wines to consumers who might not even know about wine made from fruits other than grapes.”

Dorminey joins the Island Grove team this year with extensive wholesale draft wine experience, as the company introduces 19.5 liter kegs of their top two best sellers, Blueberry Moscato and Berry Sangria.

The convenience of kegs and cans will make Island Grove wines a versatile option for a wide range of occasions, including outdoor events, gatherings, and brunching with friends. Kegged wine opens up an on-premise world where you can sip your favorite Sangria, poured from a sustainable system that replaces 26 glass bottles per keg. The 250ml aluminum cans offer a quick-serve cooler filler, boat drink, perfect lake beverage kinda feeling that we can all get behind.

The company’s expansion into the Southeastern market reflects its dedication to delivering a premium fruit wine experience that is both accessible and unique.
